Referral Rules

The FuturX Referral Program is an opportunity to earn incentives while helping your friends (not you) discover the benefits of the FuturX platform. As a Referrer, you'll receive the fees generated (“Rebates”) whenever your referred friends trade on the FuturX DApp. Plus, your friends will also get a trading discount ('Discounts') associated with your tier. It's a win-win!

The referral relationship is established once your friends join FuturX by your referral link/ code and confirm you as their referrer.

The referral program has a tier system to prevent gaming through self-referrals, this helps to ensure that referrers receive the rebates for the users they brought onto the platform.

Tier 1 - Standard Referral

Eligibility: All platform users.
Referrer Reward: 5% trading fee refund on the trades made by the referred users.
Referee Reward: 5% trading fee refund on their trades.

Tier 2 - Advanced Referral

Eligibility: Must have at least 20 referees and a minimum weekly trading volume of 1,000,000 USD.
Referrer Reward: 10% trading fee refund on the trades made by the referred users.
Referee Reward: 10% trading fee refund on their trades.

Tier 3 - Premium Referral

Eligibility: Must refer at least 30 referees per week and achieve a minimum weekly trading volume of 25,000,000 USD.
Referrer Reward: 15% trading fee refund on the trades made by the referred users.
Referee Reward: 15% trading fee refund on their trades.

Note:

You cannot refer to a friend with a higher tier.

You responsibilities and eligibility

You must create your unique referral code and link before spreading the platform to your friends. The referral code cannot be changed after its creation.
You can create a referral code using any combination of letters, numbers and underscores.
You may be removed from the Referral Program if you use inappropriate language or promote intolerance or discrimination.
By using FuturX services, you agree to defend and compensate FuturX against any legal claims or costs stemming from your use, any policy violations, or intellectual property infringements. If a third-party lawsuit arises, FuturX may require your commitment to indemnification. This obligation remains even after terms termination.
All parties to the agreement must be of legal age and there shall be no principal-agent, employer-employee, or partnership relationship created

Discounts and rebates

As a Referrer, you'll receive rebates whenever your referred friends trade on the FuturX DApp. Besides, your friends will also get a trading discount associated with your tier. No retroactive rebates. FuturX isn't obligated to provide Rebates or Discounts. Specifically:

Tier 1: 5% discount for traders, 5% rebates to referrers

Tier 2: 10% discount for traders, 10% rebates to referrers

Tier 3: 15% discount for traders, 15% rebates to referrers

Limitation of liability

FuturX holds no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages associated with these terms, your use or inability to use our site, or any linked content, regardless of the advised potential.

FuturX isn't responsible for lost sales or missed Rebates, nor for monitoring Rebates or Discounts, as these are handled by independent smart contracts.

Changes and termination

The Referral Program can be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. FuturX isn't responsible for any resulting damages from such modifications. FuturX may update these Terms, and continuous use of the Referral Program means you accept the updated Terms.
